Our Standards
The Commercium is being constructed at a location that is 20 25 min drive from the airport and city. The commuter can commune via local or personal transit. The Commercium also provides transit facilities on demand.
SUSTAINABLE SITES
The Commercium is being construction under the implementation of storm water management, heat island reduction, light pollution reduction, large green open spaces, pollution prevention and habitat restoration. The site is developed without causing uproar to the natural eco-system.
WATER EFFICIENCY
With proper outdoor and indoor water use reduction mechanism being implemented, water wastage is managed. Unlike most we monitor the water statistics by using water meters.
Protecting the atmosphere and conserving the energy is a priority in the construction of The Commercium. By using proper energy metering systems and enhanced commissioning we fulfill our priority. Optimizing energy performance and implementing renewable energy systems makes The Commercium eco-friendly.

Quote Price
INR 9000 per Sq.Ft. Excluding VAT and Service Tax, which will be levied on invoice generation.

Modular Purchase
Down payment: 45% of the quoted price of the office space. Monthly Installment: Breakdown of the remaining amount in 120 months. If there is a pre closure of the remaining amount before 2 years an 20% on the remaining amount is waived.
PURCHASE METHODS
Direct Purchase I
Down payment: 100% of the quoted price of the office space. Refund: 40% of the quoted price. Bonus: 5% extra refund if the 40% refund it availed in 6 installment.

Direct Purchase II
Down payment:40% of the quoted price of the office space. 1st Installment: 10% of the quoted price by 45 days from the down payment. 2nd Installment:10% of the quoted price by 45 days from the first installment. 3rd Installment: 10% of the quoted price by 45 days from the second installment. 4th Installment: 30% of the quoted price by 45 days from the third installment. Refund: 30% of the quoted price is refundable if the total days of the 1st , 2nd & 3rd installments in not more than 100 days from the date of down payment.
