HOW TO DRAW GRAPHS IN MS-WORD

STEP 1
Open a new or existing document in Word 2007. Then place the incorporation point where the graph will be created.

Step 2 Select the "Insert" tab and choose "Shapes" from the "Illustrations" group.

STEP 2
Now from the shapes select line as highlighted in orange color in the following screen shot, you can draw lines.

STEP 3
By selecting the line you can draw lines according to you requirement.

Step 4
If you want to draw arc, select arc shape as highlighted in the screen shot.

Step 5
If you want to write in the graph then go to the text box in shapes. A box will appear in which you can write anything about the figure.
