28 November 2012 [NAME OF CONTACT] [Position] [NAME OF BAND] [Complete Address] Dear Ms./Mr. Greetings!

It has been 6 years since ST. PAUL COLLEGE PASIG launched the Giftedness Instruction For Talent (GIFT) development program to hone Paulinian skills in the Visual and Culinary Arts, Communication Arts, Performing Arts and Sports. And throughout those years, Paulinians have proved the success of the program by the various recognitions and awards received in competitions and other events. The launching of last years Quatro - a guitar quartet competition, which aimed to showcase the talents of students and to share the love for our local music, brought immense success. With this, the Music Appreciation Club Instrumentalists (MAC-I) now presents, Cinco, a guitar quartet competition with the addition of a 5th member that may play any instrument or sing. Students who wish to join must undergo an audition and pre-selection process wherein they need to perform any 2 minute OPM song (either in English or Filipino). The contest will be held on January 26, 2012 at the Mere Marie Anne de Tilly Convention Hall in St. Paul College, Pasig from 4:30 to 7:00 PM. The event aims to showcase Paulinian giftedness, to promote greater friendship and unity among the different schools , to promote OPM appreciation as well as to raise funds for the benefit of future GIFT projects. Tickets will be pre-sold at P60.00. The GIFT program is humbly inviting you to judge the said event on January 26, 2012 at the Mere Marie Anne de Tilly Convention Hall, Pasig City.

I am writing to confirm our early conversation concerning you serving as a judge for the event. Thank you for your kind consideration. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us at 0917 857 5936 or at jamvillanueva08@gmail.com.
