530cr acquisition deal by TCS:

1. TCS to acquire Alti SA a technology firm in France for almost 530 crore INR as direct cash. 2. This will increase the clients of TCS in France which stays at 50 at present. This also gives TCS 1200 employees with in this cost only. 3. As a result the share prices of TCS increases and this will make TCS potentially stronger in global contest. 4. Europe markets will be dominated by TCS as it has some descent business over there and with this acquisition it will even become more dominant. 5. With this acquisition lot of positive sentiment goes into the Indian markets.

Sehwag likely to play in the match against MI
