Jonathon Silvestri is a very hardworking and personable young man with a strong and respectable work ethic. I have known Jonathon since late 2012 and have had first hand experience working with him at Outback Steakhouse in Wheaton between 2012 and 2013. During this time I watched Jonathon assume a leadership role in several situations, and as a result, he was given the responsibility of training other employees including myself when I was first hired. He is regarded as someone that people can count on, very dependable. I also watched Jonathon handle high stress situations comfortably and effectively, such as long waits at the restaurant and customer inquiries and concerns. Jonathon approached every situation with a high level of respect and a positive outlook. This describes his work ethic, and he will continue to uphold this in the future. He was not only kind and respectful toward customers, but toward his coworkers as well. I recall Jonathon picking up numerous shifts for other employees and he never hesitated to lend his hand and offer his time to help when needed. I can say with complete confidence that Jonathon Silvestri is a very well-rounded and cheerful individual that would make a wonderful and seamless addition to any potential companys team.
