the following: 1. Names and job titles of all of your employees who are Common Purpose graduates 2. Your total annual expenditure on Common Purpose UK courses for your staff in each year from 1997 to 2008 inclusive Yours faithfully, Question 1 The database on Common Purpose intimates the name of staff who have attended the Common Purpose Course and not whether they have graduated. Also it only covers the period 2005 to present. The staff job titles on the data base are as follows: Head of Assessment & Care West Dunbartonshire Community Health Partnership (CHP) Head of Planning & Performance, East Renfrewshire CHCP General Manager, Clyde Head of Policy Communications Manager Associate Specialist Inequalities Manager Operations Manager Head of Health Improvement and Planning, East Glasgow Community Health & Care Partnership (CHCP) Head of Learning Disabilities Nurse Director, Acute Services Division Head of Corporate Performance Head of Planning and Health Improvement - South East Glasgow CHCP Acting Head of Policy Senior Clinical Podiatrist, Greenock Some of the post job titles relate to the posts held at the time and some relate to their current position. Other staff have attended the common purposes event in previous years but unfortunately I have been unable to access this information following the restructuring of the organisation in 2005/06 and change of staff responsibilities. I will make further attempts to try and source some additional information if you think that would be helpful. Question 2 Again the information held by the NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde relates only to 2005/06 to the present date.
