Can you see the benefits of owning your own business?

Many financial advisors have stated when you work for someone else, it’s like renting a home – all
the money goes into building someone else’s equity and you don’t reap any of the benefits. But when
you own your own business, it’s like owning a home; now you can reap all the benefits it has to offer!

Fortune Magazine stated that “change is reshaping companies and altering how they operate. In the 90’s,
there were more unemployed and displaced workers in this country than there were in the Great De-
pression.” At the end of 2000, half of all working Americans (60 million) are working freelance, con-
tract labor, or temporary.” Newsweek Magazine stated that by the year 2005, 50% of working Ameri-
cans will have a Home Based Business. It’s a trend that we can not ignore”.

Newsweek Magazine also stated everyone must have a “Plan B”! Too many people are losing their jobs
and they have no backup plan. We have no control over our own destiny when we work for someone
else – we don’t know what will happen tomorrow. Doesn’t it make sense to have that “Plan B” so
when something does happen, you’ll be prepared?

At Age 65:
75% are dependent on relatives or charity
23% are still working and only 2% are self-sustaining!
Where will you be?
