Problem 3. The hood of the automobile is supported by the strut AB, which exerts a force F on the hood. Determine the moment of this force about the hinged axis y. Given:

Bonus Problem. Determine the magnitude of F so that the resultant couple moment acting on the beam is 1.5 kNm clockwise. (You must find the correct answer to get the bonus; no partial score)
