ABSTRACT
Le but principal de traiter ce thme est prsenter un cadre thorique qui
limite et dcrit les dfinitions concernant la qualit, comme introduction
administrative rcente, en sest bas sur la qualit du service du point
dvaluation de la qualit, en prenant en considration le systme dcoute du
client comme source pour connatre les besoins et les imprvus du client qui
permet de limiter les activits pour satisfaire le client.
On lvoquer les mthodes et les mesures satisfaisant le client pour connatre le
dfie de satisfaction du client en ce qui concerne le service que prsente
lentreprise pour atteindre les techniques fiables pour lamlioration de qualit
de service dans le ct pratique lentreprise portuaire de Skikda EPS , on a
analyser la participation de lopration dvaluation de la qualit de service pour
atteindre la satisfaction des clients, en effet on a pris en considration le systme
de management
de la qualit applique dans lentreprise et sa participation pour concrtiser la
qualit dans le service, aussi la prospection des mthodes dcoute de client
agre dans lentreprise et comment mesur sa satisfaction on a aperu par notre
tude que lvaluation des clients pour la qualit de service par des indices
dvaluation diffrentes dun client autre, aussi que la satisfaction de service
contribue raliser la satisfaction du client.
