The formulation plant is equipped with process control instrumentation. All the machinery and equipment is of explosion prove grade. The packaging units are completely automatic and formulation area has designed to meet OSHA,USA requirements for occupational health and safety. The plant has a finished product storage facility of 1,600,000 liters at one time. The storage areas are well ventilated and equipped with fire detection .
Quality Assurance Program

Our quality assurance program is based on ISO 9001-2000 quality management system. The quality loop starts with supplier evaluation and selection. It includes all stages from receiving, in process management of raw materials to finished products. The final stage consists of quality assurance customers premises and final analysis at the point of use through a network of mobile testing laboratories.

This plant is designed to formulate and pack 240,000 liters of liquid pesticides perday, The plant can formulate and pack wide range of agrochemicals including insecticides and herbicides.
Quality Control

A well-equipped pesticides laboratory monitors quality of our formulations as well as that of imported agrochemicals. The laboratory is operated by highly experienced Chemists, and is equipped with latest equipments/instruments for all types of tests.

Forecasting: Forecast production on the basis of past experience and market demand purchase department integrated to marketing department which fulfill the demand of raw material required for production at right time on monthly basis. At any stage if desire demand not occurs for specific product we stop its production. Supplier cost strategy: While purchasing material company gives priority to quality because without quality it is impossible to survive in market. Compromise on quality makes break the trust of farmer. Risk: There are three type of risk Health and safety Carry our risk Government policies Bottleneck: Major bottleneck for production in chemical industry is market demand everything raw material people plant and equipment are ready if the weather is not favorable we cant produces. Cleanup process: To produce other product at same plant company go through cleanup process. Use xylene and wash plant with solvent they cant use water because water is poison for chemical and dry it through drag force which sucks the air and practical of chemical from plant. And company hold flash out of cleanup process which use next time for same product. Because there is separate vesicles and separate lines so company has no problem to use plant for multi-product. Laboratory: Company has good lab in Pakistan and emphasis mainly on quality during production storage and end users also having mobile labs in every region which visit forms and get sample for physical test. Wastage: There is no manufacturing in the company they just compounding for different chemicals so there is no wastage of chemicals. Company internally having fume free environment because company treats fumes. There is no facility for contaminated waste. They have agreement with global environment lab which treat contaminated waste. Distribution channels: Company has franchising system. Franchiser is bound to sale only company product. Mass or customize production. Company produce customize products. Shelve life: Shelve life of the product is 2 year. Its sometimes create sales problem company cant retain product of manufacturing Inventory: There is no inventory for finish goods because finished goods supplied day by day. Raw material purchase just on demand because finance department can minimize the blockage of money in case of inventory planning help to overcome the burden of inventory.

Hiring and training: Company have own system and there is a lack of pesticides employees. So company prefer fresh people who trained and cheaper. Mostly, experienced employees for technical life.
