Pre Incident Plan (PIP) Type of Emergency/Scenario: VESSEL BREAKOUT (MARINE OPERATION EMERGENCIES) Location of Emergency/Scenario: Terengganu Crude Oil Terminal (TCOT) Vessel Breakout near to SALM at TCOT RESPONSE OBJECTIVE(S): 1 To assist mooring master on board when vessel breakout 2 To notify Kerteh Marine Control 3 To activate the Oil Spill Response action if found that hose string part during breakout which may caused oil spill 4 To activate additional assistance from PETRONAS Refinery support craft IMMEDIATE RESPONSE ACTION
