It is a high performance clear coating that can be used inside or out to protect and enhance any properly prepared floor for years of service. ICT TECHNICALS Ure-Seal H2O 2-Part Urethane Clear Coat 150-KIT / 151-KIT GLOSS / NATURAL DESCRIPTION: ICT Ure-Seal H2O has excellent abrasion and chemical resistance with a gloss or natural finish (Keep in mind that the ‘Gloss’ blend will appear as semi-gloss when applied on brick pavers). The mild odor makes it ideal for interior applications. Ure-Seal H2O will not yel- low and will form a very hard protective coating for high traffic areas, counter tops, restaurants, decorative concrete & brick pavers. Ure-Seal H2O can be used over epoxy flooring, garage floors, anywhere that high durability and superior chemical resistance is required. SURFACE PREPARATION: 1. Clean surface thoroughly with ICT’s Total Klean all purpose degreaser and cleaner to remove dirt and oils. It is recommended that you also use a bleach/liquid chlorine solution to remove any visible or microscopic algae or mildew. Rinse thoroughly. 2. If you are applying Ure-Seal over brick pavers it is recommended that you use ICT’s Total Prep according to product directions. This will remove any efflorescence and condition / prep the pavers. 3. Pressure wash the entire area thoroughly to remove any residual chemicals. MIXING RATIO’S: ICT’s Ure-Seal is a 2 component product that comes pre-packaged in 1 Gallon and 5 Gallon kits. If not all the product in the kit purchased is needed Ure-Seal can be mixed by using 4 parts of “Part A” and 1 part of “Part B” (i.e.: 4 quarts of Part A to 1 quart of Part B) Do not mix more material than can be used in a 2-3 hour period. Once components A and B are mixed the pot life is approximately 2-3 hours. Pot life will vary based on weather conditions, temperature, humidity etc. Mixed product should NEVER be stored in a closed container. DILUTION RATIO’S: Brick Pavers with sand joints: It is recommended you apply a penetration coat as your first coat. Mix Part A and Part B at the 4:1 ratio. Dilute that solution with 2 parts of water. (i.e.: if you have mixed a total of one gallon of product add 2 gallons of water) The second coat should be mixed with 1 part water. If additional coats are needed mix at the same 1 part water to 1 part Mixed Ure-Seal. Travertine: Mix Part A & Part B to the 4:1 ratio. Dilute mixture 1:1 with water.

    2. Product Description
    Clear protector for stone, pavers, and concrete. Cobble Impregnator offers outstanding protection to interior and exterior stone, marble, porous tile, pavers, and concrete. Protects against stains, water and sun damage. This low VOC water based formula will leave the substrates natural look with a breathable, and stain-resistant finish.

    Before you begin: Surfaces must be clean and free of any contaminants before sealing. Cobble Impregnators performance is directly related to how thoroughly the surfaced is prepared. Do not apply when the temperature of the air or the surface to be coated is below 50F. Testing on your surface is always recommended to ensure desired results. Preparation: Stir product. Concrete should cure a minimum of 28 days before sealing. Read label instructions carefully. Smooth concrete must be etched. Cobble Clean and Cobble Prep may be used for specific cleaning situations. One uniform coat should provide the best results. Remove excessive or puddled product from the surface within 15 minutes. Applications Roller: Smaller surfaces can be applied with a 3/8 to nap roller cover. Sprayer: Either a pump sprayer or airless sprayer may be used. On bare surface: One coat provides the best results on uncoated surfaces. If necessary to recoat, do so while coat is still wet. Cleaning Tools Use soap and water to clean tools

    Dry to touch: 30 minutes If necessary to recoat while the first coat is still wet. Full cure: 48 hours

    Eye Contact: Wear Eye Protection. May irritate eyes. If in eyes, flush with water for at least 15 minutes. Inhalation: Use a NIOSH approved respirator. Ingestion: If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting. Seek medical attention. Skin: Avoid prolonged contact with skin.

    Product must be kept in its original, unopened and tightly sealed container, and stored in a dry and well ventilated place with controlled temperature (50F to 90F). Keep sheltered from weather and direct sunlight. In proper storage conditions, the products shelf life is 12 months following production (see date on packaging). Store product in original container and close lid tightly after each use.
