Mobile Banking Technology (MBT) has seen increased adoption rates over the past year according to a new report from FinTech Analytics. The report found that 1 in 3 banking customers now use mobile banking apps on a weekly basis, up from 1 in 4 customers last year. Additionally, customer satisfaction with MBT has reached an all-time high with over 90% of mobile banking users reporting they are satisfied or very satisfied with their mobile banking experience.
