X business own the footwear industry and his raw material in imported by China. If a War starts between India and China then all his contract with the importers discharge automatically as to countries Involved in war cannot come into the consideration of any contracts under discharge of contract n contract become void. If p and Q decide to come in a partnership to do a business and if after a span of time P offers Q to change the Partnership to her wife instead of him and Q agrees of it then then under section 62 of mutual consents the term and conditions of the contract changes .
