Two/Three days following interviews Candidates will be asked to preference the locations and will be offered a training post within a Deanery in rank order.

Offer rules

In situations where a candidate has selected limited preferences and the locations have been filled by candidates with a higher ranking an offer will not be made. Posts that remain vacant after all appointable candidates have accepted the allocations will be offered to candidates that were not offered in the first round due to limited preference choice. Brief explanation of process

The Severn Deanery will be co-ordinating the recruitment process for 2012. Details of all vacancies will be available on the Deanery website along with access to the on-line application system, Intrepid Pathway. Applicants will complete one application and will have the opportunity to preference Deaneries. No shortlisting will take place and all candidates that hold the essential criteria and pass the longlisting stage will be invited to interview. Interviews will be held centrally and applicants will attend one interview consisting of multiple stations culminating in one ranked list of candidates.
