NIDEC Defense Group was founded in 1996. It has a huge experience in the fields of homeland security defense and high technology electronic countermesures. NIDEC team consists of dynamic individuals with extensive experience in design, production, electronics, weapons, security training, military and other security forces. NIDEC serves up to 5 different sales channels through its departments; Wholesale, Distribution, Government, Exports Department, Retail and the E-commerce. NIDEC manufactures and distributes an extensive range of equipment for the security and defense of people, as well as products for arrest and inmovilization, ilumination, evacuation, training gear and equipment, adding to all of these; we also provide audio and video equipment and physical and electronic countermesures. Furthermore, we offer services for the security forces, agencies, companies, members of the public and private security and VIP. Our services range go from training courses, counseling, special services, installation of equipment in vehicles, repair service etc., and ends on the rent of our class rooms and special facilities. Realizing on the vital importance of training in the security sector, NIDEC Defense Group, established in 2007 the academy called Instituto de Formacin Nidec - IFN. IFN is an academy to provide security & safety studies where to learn the latest protection and defense techniques. NIDEC has an experience of more than 15 years on the field of security, defense and ballistic protection. All our efforts allow us to constantly innovate and develop body armor technology, combining the best existing materials in the market to obtain safe, lightened and highly flexible bullet proof vests. MADE IN HIGHEST QUALITY BALLISTIC MATERIALS: The ballistic composition of our panels (called MOT-2) combines the advantages of conventional aramid fabrics (like Kevlar or Twaron), with the best of poliethylenes (like Spectra and Dyneema). The result is a highly flexible vest with a high resistance to temperature, humidity, trauma, cut and penetration, even needels. Up to 30% lighter than other vests made with different compounds. NIDEC vests are ergonomically designed for perfect user fit and comfort. Highly flexible, you can even roll them and its design allows a perfect daily wear. Up to 50% less of trauma than other ballistic composites with the same NIJ protection level. GUARANTED WITH THE LOWEST LEVELS OF TRAUMA: Our body armor models satisfy and exceed the requirements of NIJ Standard Interim 2005 for Bullet-Resistant Body Armor. This standard allows a trauma of until 4,4 cm but our MOT-2 ballistic panels used in Nidec vests of level NIJ III A with stab protection provides less than half of such trauma. You get only a 2 cm Trauma on a shot of a full metal jacket projectile on Cal. 9 mm Parabellum of 124 grains at 5 mt. of distance and at a speed of 436 m/s. If we add any additional antitrauma panel, (like PAT20) we get then a trauma of only few millimeters.

GARANTIZADOS CON LOS MS BAJOS NIVELES DE TRAUMA: La normativa americana NIJ Interim 2005, permite un trauma de hasta 4,4cm., pero los paneles balsticos MOT-2 usados en los chalecos Nidec de nivel NIJ IIIA + proteccin anti-arma blanca, tienen un trauma de menos de la mitad. Se obtiene, como ejemplo, una medicin de trauma de 2cm, con el disparo de un proyectil blindado del calibre 9 mm Parabellum de 124 grains desde 5m de distancia y a una velocidad de 436m/s (con la ayuda de un panel anti-trauma, como el PAT20, resultara entonces en una huella de pocos milmetros).

All our bullet proof vests with MOT-2 panels also provide protection against double edged knives (type S1), up to 50 Joules. The NIJ Standard 0.115.00, establishes a non lethal maximum penetration of 20mm. Here below you have a chart where you can see the 3 different protection levels as well as its allowed penetration. A qu equivalen esos niveles de energa? * Energa: 20-30 julios: Apualamiento con una sola mano y con un movimiento horizontal hacia delante. Este tipo de apualamiento lo usan muchos expertos en combate con arma blanca porque no exponen su cuerpo cuando lo realizan. * Energa: 30-40 julios: Apualamiento con una mano pero con movimiento arqueado de arriba a bajo. Este movimiento expone el cuerpo del atacante pero el arco genera mucha ms velocidad y por lo tanto ms energa. * Energa: 40-50 julios: Apualamiento con dos manos desde encima de la cabeza. Este movimiento es el considerado como ms mortal, puesto que genera la mxima masa y velocidad del arma blanca cuando impacta. What are these energy levels? * 20-30 Joules energy: Single hand stabbing with a forward and horizontal movement. This movement is very common within the knife combat experts because it does not expose their body. * 30-40 Joules energy: Single hand stabbing with an up to down movement. Such movement expose the body of the attacker, but the arched movement provides a lot more speed and logicly a lot more of energy. * 40-50 Joules: Both hands stabbing movement from above the head. This is the most deathly stabbing movement, as it generates a maximum amount of mass and speed when impacts.

The NDC gloves for police use are designed together with police officers until we get gloves that fully satisfy them on their everyday use. The newly developed anti-cut membrane DYNETEX TM, meets expectations and has an amazing performance/price ratio. The thin and therefore very comfortable membrane exceeds the maximum level 5, with a composition of polyamide, polyethylene and fiberglass according to the UNE-EN 388:2004. The anti-cut membrane covers the entire glove and it is sewn with Aramid 3-ply thread to ensure uniform protection and fixation. The NDC GUA16 glove is an incredibly lightweight glove, breathable, ergonomically designed, lined and made only with advanced technical fabrics to provide the highest level of quality and effectiveness.The back of the glove is formed by a combination of bi-elastic polyamide fabrics and neoprene for maximum flexibility and breathability. The seams are always flat and parallel with a density of 4 to 5 stitches per cm. with 2-ply nylon thread. In contrast, in the palm of the glove, there is AMARA fabric, which undoubtedly provides an enormous resistance to abrasion. It is a shape piece only to protect the entire palm and fingernails where there are lots of friction and it is required to provide enough touch sense to the user. Between the fingers. the 25 ergonomically cut bi-elastic tissue, provides the added comfort, as it adapts to the size and of the user's fingers. Additionally, to ensure a good pistol or police baton grip, even in wet conditions, we have added more polyurethane with slip-resistant grafted of silicone onto the palm. Despite the multiple layers of protection that incorporates the glove, it still allows the free movement of the hand with an outstanding level of tact and no equal dexterity. The GUA16 UNE-EN388 tests provided the following levels: Level 2 resistance to abrasion for 500 cycles, Level 5 blade cut resistance, corresponding to index 20, level 4 resistance to tearing, for 75N and level 4 in terms of puncture resistance, corresponding to 150N. As for the UNE-EN 420:2004 complies with level 5 in dexterity and permeability water vapor evidence exceeds the minimum 5mg/cm2 transmission per hour, while the water vapor absorption is 8mg/cm2 for 8 hour. El guante NDC GUA16, es un guante increblemente liviano, transpirable, diseado ergonmicamente, forrado y confeccionado nicamente con tejidos tcnicos avanzados para poder ofrecer el mximo nivel de calidad y efectividad. El dorso del guante est formado por una combinacin de tejidos poliamidas bi-elsticos y Neopreno para garantizar la mxima flexibilidad y transpirabilidad. Las costuras son siempre planas y paralelas con una densidad de entre 4 y 5 puntadas por cm., con hilo de Nylon de 2-ply, para que jams molesten al usuario. Por otra parte, la palma del guante incorpora una fina capa de Amara TM, que aporta una altsima resistencia a la abrasin. Dicha proteccin se prolonga en una sola pieza desde la palma de la mano hasta cubrir la zona de las uas en el dorso del guante, ya que tambin se trata de una zona sometida a mucho desgaste. Entre los dedos, el tejido bi-elstico cortado ergonmicamente con un ngulo de unos 25 aproximadamente, proporciona esa comodidad aadida, puesto que se adapta al tamao y grosor de los dedos del usuario y a la forma de estos, que es ligeramente curvado en reposo. Adicionalmente y para asegurar un buen agarre del arma o bastn, incluso en mojado, hemos aadido un poliuretano ms, con grabado anti-deslizante a base de silicona injertada en la palma. A pesar de las mltiples capas de proteccin que incorpora el guante, ste sigue permitiendo el libre movimiento de la mano con un nivel de tacto y desteridad sin iguales. Las pruebas a las que se ha sometido el GUA16, segn UNE-EN388, le han otorgado los siguientes niveles: Nivel 2 en resistencia a la abrasin, correspondiente a 500 ciclos, nivel 5 en resistencia al corte por cuchilla, correspondiente a ndice 20, nivel 4 de resistencia al rasgado, correspondiente a 75N y nivel 4 en cuanto a la resistencia a la perforacin, correspondiente a 150N. En cuanto a la norma UNE-EN 420:2004, cumple con el nivel 5 en desteridad y en las pruebas de permeabilidad al vapor de agua, supera el mnimo de 5mg/cm2 por hora de transmisin, mientras que la absorcin de vapor de agua es de solo 8mg/cm2 para 8h.

NDC duty belts have evolved over the years and today the CCN35 is on duty by thousands of police officers and security personnel. Its high quality and perfect finish makes it the first choice of many clients. Unlike other belts offered in the market, the CCN35 is the only truly built with super fabric called "Ballistic Cordura TM" from DuPontTM. This cordura fabric is more resistant to tear, cut, abrasion and moisture than any other. Its molecular structure makes it virtually unbreakable. This gives the belt an extremely rigid vertical structure, while horizontally it keeps being flexible, so the user can load the CCN35 belt with lot of accessories without the fear to overcome or bend it because of the weight. The ballistic cordura provides excellent resistance to abrasion, total insensitivity to ultraviolet rays and is a waterproof material that will never provide "curls" or fabric deterioration like those belts of lower quality. Como el CCN38 lleva a la vez, Velcro TM pero del lado macho, ste se aadirse perfectamente al cinturn exterior CCN35, que lleva Velcro TM hembra en su parte adherente. Training for Nidec Dealers: We offer to all our dealers, dedicated training and share knowledge with all of them, to make better products and equipment and obviously increasing the level of the end usersattention by teaching our dealers with the latest news and goals. Formacin para VIPS y civiles: Realizamos cursos pensados para todos aquellos civiles que debido a su trabajo o situacin social requieren formacin especializada para su propia defensa y la de los suyos. Jueces, banqueros, joyeros, polticos y altos ejecutivos reciben nuestros cursos para mejorar su propia auto-defensa, para anticiparse a la amenaza, etc... Formacin para Distribuidores Nidec: Ofrecemos cursos exclusivos a los distribuidores de Nidec, con la finalidad de transmitir todos los conocimientos acerca de la utilizacin de nuestros equipos y de este modo incrementar el nivel de atencin e informacin a los clientes finales.
