The Mental Toolbox Tips for Kids by Denise Lake The goal of this instruction is to teach young archers, ages 10 and up, how to use simple mental tools in practice and competition. This chart is similar to the ADDIE model but uses the verbs Absorb, Do and Connect conceived by William Horton, the textbook author for this course.
