Carlo Ginez, is a 2nd college student of the University of San Agustin, who lives with his parents in Brgy. Butong, Oton, Iloilo together with classmate Julia Aro who also lives with parents in Brgy. Pandac, Pavia, Iloilo. They were enrolled in Research II under Prof. Marie Juana Lopez, a 38-year old lady who lives alone in a rented apartment in 78 Delgado St., Iloilo City. As her usual style in dealing with her students, Prof. Lopez invites her students in the apartment where she teach them on how to go along with the subject. Sometimes, she would allow her students to stay overnight during weekend. On 28 January 2012, Prof. Lopez invited her students to her apartment to discuss new issues on Research. On about 10 oclock in the evening on the same day the students asked permission to go home. However, Prof. Lopez prevailed over Carlo and Julia to stay. Out of courtesy to the professor, Carlo and Julia stayed overnight. After the other students left, Prof. Lopez took a bottle of wine from the __________ and invited her students to drink. working table. At 4 oclock in the morning, Carlo woke up and was surprised to be on the bed beside the ___________ Prof. Lopez, both naked. Curious of what happened, Carlo buttoned his shirt and pants, tapped his professor and sit to seek for information. Prof. Lopez rose from bed, embraced her arms around Carlo and started crying and said, You got to marry me. Carlo pushed his professor to bed and went out of the room. The three met in school as if nothing happened. However, Prof. Lopez observed that her monthly visitor did not show up for the months of February, March and April. Thus, on May 11, 2012, she went to the Womens and Childrens Desk of Iloilo City Police Department to file a complaint against Carlo. Prof. Lopez was advised to see a doctor and was issued a medical certificate that she is three months pregnant.
