Setup and Welding:

All of our testing products use controlled materials. If you have non-standard or specific material control requirements give us a call and we'll stock material to meet your needs. We pride ourselves in makeing the best weld possible and will use best practices to strictly control heat input in order to achieve excellent weld microstructure and mechanical test results. For example we often use mechanized GMAW for increased consistency on flat groove plates.

Specimin Machining/Processing:
We use documented procedures and work instructions to turn the weldment into each respective test specimin.

Testing:
Testing is performed in accordance with ASTM, AWS, and ASME standards, with calibrated equipment as part of our ISO auditable quality system.

Reporting:
You'll recieve a report in a .pdf report via email. If Radiographic Testing was performed digital images (on cd-rom) will be express mailed to your company that same day. If you prefere results in a certian format we're happy to provide reports tailored to your needs for easy record keeping.
