Forward Link Power Algorithm RC1, RC2

Forward Link Power Control Performance

RC1 (PMRM)
1) Reporting FER of the received signal periodically 2) Reporting when FER exceeds pwr_rep_thresh 1) big_up_delta : FER > FER_THRESHOLD 2) small_up_delta : FER < FER_THRESHOLD

RC2 (EIB)
Reporting the Frame error using EIB of each frame

Mobile Report

Increase of Digital Gain

When EIB was occurred, big_up_delta(once) continuously small_up_delta(3 times) -. If the current digital gain is bigger than that of slow_down_level, digital gain is decreased each steps_til_down. -. If the current digital gain is smaller than that of slow_down_level, digital gain is decreased each steps_til_down *2 .
