A) Circular Punches 1. Hook Punches from Semi-Passive & Fighting stance 2. Uppercuts from Semi-Passive and Fighting stance (B) Elbow Strikes (Vertical Strikes) 1. Upwards 2. Downwards 3. To the rear 4. To the rear upwards (C) Variations on Punches 1. Striking with straight fingers (to eyes/ throat) 2. Straight punches advancing, simultaneous counter and moving from line of attack 3. Straight punches in retreat (D) Kicks 1. Stomping downwards 2. Defensive kick forwards (heel, ball of foot or whole foot) 3. Side Kick with the heel (from a side stance) 4. Roundhouse kick (hitting with ball of foot, instep or shin) (E) Inside defence with palm or forearm against straight punches 1. Fighting stance 2. Simultaneous counter attack with other hand 3. Advancing (optional) 4. Leaning back and kicking 5. Forearm defences to different target areas 6. Mirror image with sweeping or whipping counter attack (F) Outside defences against circular and straight punches 1. Fighting stance 2. Outside defence against hook punches 3. Outside defence against straight punches 4. Outside defences upwards and forwards (G) Defending an attacker from different angles 1. 1. Stomp kicks Vs regular kicks (Heel outside forward leg or inside for rear leg) 2. Inside and outside defences, deflection or block as with arm defences 3. Defending with forearm and shin against high roundhouse kicks (I) Defences against knife threats 1. From the front long range deflect and kick leaning away from knife 2. From the side and back at long range (J) Releases from neck-holds 1. From the rear - Arm bar to the throat (respiratory choke) 2. From the rear V hold (arterial choke) (K) Dealing with falls 1. Side break falls 2. Forward rolls (shoulder rolls) (L) Getting up from the ground 1. Forwards from rolls 2. Backwards (one hand and one foot on the floor) 3. Turning to sprint position

(M) Releases from chokes on the ground 1. Attacker straddled on defenders chest 2. Pluck with one hand, circular punch with other hand 3. Bridge and roll to side 4. Counter attack (N) Using common objects - small objects, coins etc... (O) Fighting Games 1. Zombie Game 2. Slow Fighting 3. Simulations
