Pranay joined AIESEC over 4 years ago. Having lived diverse and challenging leadership experiences, he now
considers it to be one of his best decisions. After joining as an Exchange Coordinator in the corporate sector, he
quickly moved on to different roles in the organization. He is now part of the team which overlooks country operations
for AIESEC in India, with his specialization in heading Communications across 16 offices.

Along and after his graduation in Commerce, Pranay has led projects and events, successfully managed teams,
an organization itself!

As President of the AIESEC chapter in Pune, he was overall responsible for planning and performance tracking,
in order to meet year goals. He led a team of 7 diverse and competent individuals who managed different verticals,
resulting in sustainable growth for the organization. He coordinated and reported to the Board of Advisors, made
up of elite social and business leaders.

He then represented AIESEC India and developed relations in countries such as Sweden, Denmark and France
for a total period of 3 months, thus gaining work experience in a multi-cultural environment. As an envoy for
exchange development in France, he created strategic partnerships and further developed India's brand as a
country. He was also part of a 12 member international team which managed country operations there, facilitated
conferences and coached the local offices.

He was then selected as Vice President Communications and Director for AIESEC in India. He has been end
responsible for the development and execution of AIESEC's Communication strategy in India. From penetrating
youth markets, marketing and product development, conceptualizing and managing campaigns and events to
developing strategic partnerships and networks, he has got an overall exposure in the field of his interest, that too
at an early stage in his career!

He was also end responsible for delivering AIESEC’s National Stakeholders Summit, engaging over 200 eminent
partners. He further managed and designed a recruitment drive across over 250 colleges, reaching out to more
than 18,00,000 students and recent graduates in India.

Over and above, Pranay has had the opportunity to learn from all the like-minded young people he has met from
across the world. It is this network and that of several other alumni and partners that he cherishes most. According
to him, "It is the culture, the people and the values that one imbibes in AIESEC that makes it such an exciting
place for any young person."
