Policy on Request for Change of Work Schedule

1. BACKGROUND

As a general rule we do not allow request for change of work


schedule not unless the client requests for it based on their
operational exigencies. Only under extreme cases that we will
allow request for change of schedule coming from the staff
provided the policy is strictly observed.
2. SCOPE

2.1 This policy covers all outsourced employees of


iWebmasters.com, Inc.

2.2 Request for permanent change of schedule from Morning shift -


7AM – 4PM to Night Shift - 9PM – 6AM or vice versa.

2.3 Staff under clients with exclusive office can request for special
schedule provided approved by the client.
3. POLICY

3.1. Approval of change of schedule will be based upon the


following eligibility requirements:

3.1.1. Employees who have completed their probationary period.


3.1.2. Have not received any corrective action notice during the
last 6 months.

3.1.3. Constantly receiving good feedback from clients.

3.1.4. With satisfactory attendance.


POLICY

3.2. The staff should notify his/her immediate superior and present
supporting documents, such as medical certificate if its health
related issues, registration form from school for school related, etc.
etc.

3.3. The immediate superior must determine that the request for
change of schedule meets the client and iWeb’s operational need.

3.4. The immediate superior must consult with HR services and


evaluate the feasibility of the request.
POLICY

3.5. Change of schedule will only be permitted, with the approval of


the immediate superior, clients and the management and can only
be done once.

3.6. The approved change of schedule should be forwarded to the


Human Resource for inclusion into the 201 file and IT department
for workstation assignment.

3.7. An employee that is subjected to corrective action notice


based upon just cause may be returned to their original work
schedule.
3.8. An employee that receives a less than satisfactory
feedback from the client may be returned to their original
work schedule.

4. EFFECTIVITY

This policy paper shall take effect immediately after approval


and should be reviewed annually or as need arises.
