NOTES THESE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL SHEETS ARE ISSUED IN EXERCISE OF THE POWERS CONFERRED BY SECTION 4 OF THE CAPTIAL OF PUNJAB (DEVELOPMENT & REGULATIONS) ACT,1952 & IS TO BE READ IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BUILDING RULES MADE UNDER THE SAID ACT . THESE DRAWINGS ARE COMPLEMENTARY TO DRG.NO. 2 JOB NO. 2138 & FORMS PART OF THE SET OF DRAWINGS ILLUSTRATING THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROLS APPLICABLE TO SUCH SITES AS APPLICABLE ON THE ZONING PLAN OF THE RESPECTIVE AREA FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF L.I.G UPPER FLATS CONSTRUCTED BY THE CHANDIGARH HOUSING BOARD. THESE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL SHEETS ARE SUPPLEMENTARY TO AND TO BE READ WITH THE ZONING PLAN OF THE AREA. THE COST OF COMMON WALL SHALL BE SHARED PROPORTIONATELY BY THE RESPECTIVE ALLOTTIES. BOUNDARY WALL SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SPECIFICATIONS & DESIGN ILLUSTRATED ON ARCHITECTURAL DRG NO. S/5. NO OPENING SHALL BE PERMITTED IN THE END WALL OF THE CORNER PLOT OR AS OTHER WISE INDICATED. THESE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL SHEETS ILLUSTRATE THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL & THE MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE SITE COVERAGE IN RESPECT OF L.I.G INDEPENDENT HOUSES. UNBUILT PORTION OF THE HOUSE SHALL BE COMPLETED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL SHEETS. NO ADVERTISMENT IN WHAT SO EVER FORM, KIND OR MANNER WHETHER THE NAME OF A PERSON OR A FIRM SHALL BE PERMITTED ON THE FACE OF THE BUILDING OR ON OR ALONG THE BOUNDARY WALL EXCEPT THE NUMBER OF THE PREMISES DISPLAYED IN PAINTED NUMERAL ON SPACE ASSIGNED FOR THE PURPOSE. STORM WATER DRAIN IN THE REAR COURTYARDS SHALL BE PROVIDED COLLECTIVELY BY THE OWNERS OF A ROW OF HOUSES. NO PROJECTION SHALL BE ALLOWED ON GOVT. LAND OR AS OTHERWISE INDICATED. THE FIXING OF ROLLING SHUTTER IN THE CYCLE STAND SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE AS ILLUSTRATED IN THE DRG. THE CYCLE STANDS IN THE GROUND FLOOR ARE FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE OWNER OCCUPYING THE FLAT IN THE FIRST & SECOND FLOOR .
