8.Conclusion
Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) has offered us the opportunity to know about the rural Bangladesh by LFE program. Most of the metropolis had not sufficient ideas about the village and rural life. But it is not possible to develop any country without knowing rural area. LFE one kind of program which is helps us to interrelate with theory and villagers lifestyle, rural lifestyle, culture, behavior etc. We were assigned to reveal and discover the present situation of the rural people, their socioeconomic activities, relationship between man and woman, between man and state, their market structure, their socio-economic stratification, and to understand the impact of the development activities of the Government and Non-Government Organizations in their rural life. After observing Jashpur the village, we saw some positive and negative change. Dowry is one of the negative changes that we found in our survey area. In modern time dowry do not acceptable in our society, but we looked it was increase gradually in our village. The villagers are now aware about the bad impact of dowry. But this practice is not abolished from the village. The villagers are very much aware about the education. But unfortunately there is no school in that village. 100% children are vaccinated that indicated the villagers are very health conscious. The GO and NGO plays a significant role to improve the standard of living of the villagers. But the villagers also tried their level best to improve their standard of leaving, for that reason the scenario of the village is different than the other village of Bangladesh. The cultivable land decrease, the land loss its fertility, environmental pollution increase. Villagers are very helpful and friendly as well. Village people are usually truthful, simple and very much fond of conversing with people. So with all good things and few problems must acknowledge that Jashpur is a wonderful place that has developed within very short period.
