Garlic Beef Stir Fry

Prep time: 10 min | Cook time: 10 min Total Time: 20 min | Serves: 4 This zesty stir-fry is an excellent way to boost your daily intake of veggies. Its a delicious dish that will bring on rave reviews.

Ingredients

1 can (14.5 oz.) Del Monte French Style Green Beans, drained 1 Tbsp. canola oil 1 red or yellow bell pepper, cut into thin strips 3 cloves garlic, minced 12 oz. boneless beef sirloin steak, thinly sliced 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce, divided hot cooked brown or white rice

Cooking Directions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Cook bell pepper 3 minutes or until just tender crisp. Add garlic and cook 15 seconds, stirring constantly. Remove from skillet; set aside. 2. Cook beef 2 minutes in same skillet, or until steak begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Add peppers, beans and 2 Tbsp. stir fry sauce; cook 2 minutes or until heated through slightly thickened. 3. Remove from heat and stir in remaining 2 Tbsp. sauce. Serve over rice.
