TO WHOMSOEVER IT MAY CONCERN This is to certify that Mr. Laxman Ranabhat, residing at Bhatk, Syangja, Nepal was employed with our company from 15th April, 2012 to 30th May, 2013 as a Customer Support Representative. During his tenure with us, we found him quite hard-working, sincere and result oriented person. As a CSR, few of his responsibilities are: 1. Designing the networks (Private networks, Local area networks and Wireless LAN). 2. Installation and monitoring the internet via wireless, cable and optical fiber in different regions. 3. Serving and maintaining the customers internet problems on the basis of their phone calls using the Virtual Private Network (VPN). 4. Installation of wireless repeaters for network expansion along with their monitoring and maintenance. 5. Establishing the long distance point to point (p2p) communication via various devices like Canopy, Ubiquity, Rocket M5, Nanostation M5, and Nanostation loco M5 etc. 6. Troubleshooting and upgrading computer software and hardware, routers, switches and miscellaneous networking problems towards client side along with the deliberate recommendation to harmonize their internet needs with the internet speeds.

We are very much pleased with his performance. The thing that reminds me of Mr. Ranabhat is his desire to work in odd hours and his intensive learning behavior.
