3 5 Year Old Lesson Plan

Description: This activity involves children being able to independently roam the yard to find bits and pieces of natural materials to collect and then later on carry on with the activity. Each child will be able to independently construct a modal of something of their choosing with the times that they have collected.

This activity is designed for 3 to 5 year olds, and the activities aim is to introduce and advance their skills and knowledge in the natural environment. This activity will challenge their schema of the natural environment and allow them to discover the wonders of what you can do with the natural products.

This activity is for 2 to 3 children at one time

LEARNING OUTCOMES:

Instructions 1. An educator should take 2 to 3 children out doors at a time, allowing them to roam around the playground independently to find natural objects such as sand, leaves, bark, stones, flowers, sticks.
