FOR BREACH OF FIDUCIARY DUTY

To the Honorable Judge Rosh of the Probate Court of DeKalb County:

Estate of Geneva S. Caffrey, Estate No. 2002-1161

Deceased

Janet D. McDonald as Third Party and person having an interest in the above
referenced estate shows:

1.
Petitioner shows that the Estate of Geneva S. Caffrey was improperly
administered through breach of Fiduciary Duty.

2.
That good cause exists to revoke The Letters of Testamentary and to revoke
Personal Representation of The Estate of Geneva S. Caffrey and to impose sanctions
against Mr. Frank Lillig, III and the sureties of the Bond for breach of Fiduciary Duty.

3.
The Letter of Directive contract went unfulfilled.

4.
The debts of the Estate are unfulfilled.

5.
Petitioner prays that the breach of contract, the breach of Fiduciary Duty, fraud
and stealing from an account that was not part of the Estate will be justly compensated to
Petitioner by holding the Administrator/Personal Representative/Executor and the sureties
liable for said breaches.
