Lichtundurchlssigkeit und geringere Temperaturbelastung

Die tiefgezogenen PREMIUM Tpfe und Container werden von TEKU aus einer zweischichtigen Folie gefertigt. Besonders die dunkle Innenseite sorgt dafr, dass kein Licht an das Substrat gelangt. So werden die Wurzeln vor Vernderungen bzw. Schdigungen durch einfallendes Licht geschtzt und Beeintrchtigungen des Wachstums vermieden. Die Vorteile der dunklen Innenseite knnen mit einer hellen Auenseite kombiniert werden. Diese reflektiert die Infrarot-Strahlung der Sonne besser als eine schwarze Auenseite und verringert dadurch die Temperaturbelastung des Substrates im Bereich der Topfwand.
Opacity and Low Temperature Exposure

Thermoformed PREMIUM pots and containers from TEKU are produced from a two-layer plastic sheet. The darker inside layer blocks light from the soil medium, protecting roots from mutation or damage that might impair growth. The advantages of a darker inside layer can be combined with a light exterior, which reflects the infrared radiation of the sun better than a black exterior and therefore reduces the temperature exposure of the substrate at the inside of the wall.

The container rim with its patented rim reinforcement and resilient supporting elements guarantees perfect handling in pot magazines and handling devices. Die Stapelung erfolgt ber das Bodenkreuz bzw. ber Aufstellfe. Da steht die Sicherheit auf festen Fen: Beschdigungen an den Wurzeln werden vermieden. Immer in Top-Form: Selbst bei groer Stapelhhe sind keine Verformungen zu befrchten. Die Kraftverteilung verluft gleichmig auf einer Linie von oben nach unten (s. Abb.).
Stacking
Series TO...D, TO...BD, MXA, MCI, MCH, MQC, MXC, MCL, MCP, MDD Like thermoformed TEKU PREMIUM products, the modern injection moulded TEKU CLASSIC series do not require inside stacking ridges. The feet facilitate the stacking. Absence of stacking ridges helps prevent root damage. Force distribution runs uniformly in a single line from top to bottom (see illustration), so deformation is not a concern even with high stack heights.

Die hohen Aufstellfe (A) sorgen fr einen reibungslosen Ablauf von berschssigem Wasser. Staunsse wird vermieden.
