Nathan deal responds to this letter sent to him: http://www.scribd.com/doc/165103744/Letter-to-Nathan-Deal-regarding-Richard-Roundtree-s-and-Patrick-Clayton-s-official-misconduct-and-refusal-to-honor-open-records-requests
The organized crime ring involving DFCS, sheriffs, and a juvenile judge does involve the Governor of Georgia Mr. Nathan Deal. Mr. Deal has the authority and the duty to intervene in this matter because he has been made aware that Laws are being broken and that a Sheriff is doing nothing about it. Governor Deal is protecting his appointee Lisa Coogle Rambo and all of the government agents involved in the unlawful seizure of a two year old child.
We do understand the limitation of Mr. Deal's authority in this matter:
Per the Georgia Constitution:
Paragraph I. Executive powers. The chief executive powers shall be vested in the Governor. The other executive officers shall have such powers as may be prescribed by law.
Paragraph II. Law enforcement. The Governor shall take care that the laws are faithfully executed and shall be the conservator of the peace throughout the state.
Nathan Deal has the authority to make certain the Oaths of Office are produced according to Law and to make certain that the Law (4th and 5th amendments) are not being violated.
In fact the DA has been contacted and their response:
Office of the District attorney says, "We do not tell the Sheriff what to do and the Sheriff does not tell us what to do."
