This document provides instructions for adding a new client to automated credit card and debit card split analysis reports in Concorde Solutions' Enterprise Manager database. The steps are:
1) Open the Enterprise Manager and navigate to the "Mailto" table in the "Platinum" database.
2) In the Mailto table, enter the new client's name, email address, merchant ID, last date, and activate reports by entering a "1" in the appropriate day fields.
3) Click in another line to save the new client entry before closing the windows. The client has now been added to the automated reports.
