Code of Conduct: As a project team, we will: Each member will treat others with respect and courtesy. Members will be mindful of other class assignments that may be due that week and prepare for less participation or at least be considerate of the time the individuals may need to complete a particular assignment. If a member has something that may keep them from computer access they will let the group know in advance (if possible): death, birth, vacation, hospital, or extreme illness. Participation: We will: Share the role of researcher and contributor. The role of team leader and recorder will rotate throughout the project as assigned. Each Member should log on to review posts on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday/Sunday At least. Communication: We will: Each contribute to the group discussion at least twice a week, even if it is to acknowledge that we have read the information and are considering other options/possibilities. Each member will provide a phone number to be reached at in case there is an issue that needs to be addressed immediately or if there is concern about the persons involvement. Also, each member will provide an e-mail address that they can be reached at if MYFSU is down. Problem Solving: We will:

If an individual does not post at least one comment a week the group leader for that week will send the person an e-mail asking if there is anything wrong or that the group can do to help them. If the individual still does not post at least once a week, after being sent a specific email, for participation the group leader for that week will contact the person by phone and then contact the instructor as needed. If MYFSU is down and it is a day that the group has decided to have information exchanged then information will be exchanged via Ferris e-mail, or whichever other email address the individual will remember to check. Meeting Guidelines: We will: The recorder will summarize the progress for that week, and set goals for the next week always looking ahead at the calendar and the due dates. The group leader will monitor the progress and offer guidance in discussion, maintaining focus in the group, and encouraging participation.
