You have been graduated in Mechanical Engineering school. You are interested to do a bussiness in manufacturing engineering products especially in SME industry. Choose one product in the market and make a report about the product processes from a raw material until finished product. Your product should only from chapter 6, it means product made from ceramics material and add metrology elements in your product drawing in chapter 7. Based on your study in manufacturing subjects, write all necessary informations in producing the product as: i) ii) Why did you choose that product What processes involve (compaction, compression molding, slip casting, powder metallurgy and etc) and process flow. iii) iv) v) vi) State all necessary equipments / machines that involve in the process Why did you choose that process rather than others Include the products picture in your report Include also at least a video from DoM/youtube which relevant to your process Your report should also be included abstract, objective, background, process flow, discussion (advantages&disadvantages), conclusion, reference and etc. about 8-10 pages. Work in 3-4 students per group and state in the report which part that you contributed in the assignment. Ten percent as a total will be given to the assignment.
