Procedure For End to End Testing Test Set Up:

Insert the test terminal ZigIt isolates the CT, PT, Trip contacts. In Relay settings make Breaker failure operation off.
Ensure Proper Earthing of OMICRON TEST KIT.

Step2:
a) Go to State sequencer Parameters Hardware Configuration General Details In Details Select three phase voltages and three phase currents Return back to Hardware configuration.

b) Go to State sequencer Parameters Hardware Configuration Select Binary/Analog InputsTest module input signal Select any three (Trip, Binary1, Binary2)

In Display Name Change to trip, CS, CR respectively. For Trip Select Potential free (Ensure whether the trip contact is potential or potential free using multimeter) CS Select Potential 220V CR Select Potential 220V (Note: Binary Inputs in Omicron test kit go up to 220V DC)

c) Connect the antenna and ensure synchronization. Go to state sequencer Parameters Hardware Configuration Select IRIG-B&GPS Trigger on CMGPS Apply ok.

Go to main menu and press antenna button to know the status of antenna.

Step3: a) Go to State sequencer Parameter Test Object Import the RIO file saved in PC or Import the RIO file from the PTL folder. b) Relay characteristics will be plotted as per the settings given in the relay.

Step4: Open Detail view, Table view and Measurement view. In Table view State1, name it as Synch. In Detail view Analog out Direct

Trigger Pulse from GPS General Immediately. In Table view Add state, name it as Prefault In Detail view Analog out Direct Trigger Timeout Enter 3 Secs General Immediately. In Table view Add state, name it as Fault In Detail view Analog out Z%-I constant Trigger Use Binary trigger condition Timeout Enter 3 Secs Ensure Binary Trigger Condition Trip CS CR 1 X X

CR-X Start the Test.

Go to File Export report Save as .txt format.
