The selected candidates are required to collect their admission slips from 31.07.2013, 01.08.2013 & 02.08.2013 between 10.00 A.M. and 3.00 P.M. The Admission Slips are valid till the afternoon of 02.08.2013. If the admission formalities are not completed within the stipulated period i.e. by 02.08.2013, the offer of admission will automatically stands cancel. IMPORTANT NOTE: 1. The colleges are requested to verify the original documents and marks-sheets of the candidates being admitted and return the counterfoils of the admission slips duly signed by the Principal immediately after the students have been admitted to the course 1

concerned failing which the students would not be allowed to attend the classes in the Faculty. 2. The Principals / Heads of the Departments are requested to indicate the number of students admitted to the various Post-Graduate Courses, Category wise i.e. General/SC/ST/OBC/ Sports/ Para Military/PWD/ Physically Challenged. 3. In case any false information / irregularity is detected regarding admission of any candidate even after issue of provisional admission slip or after depositing dues in the Department / College, the said admission would be cancelled immediately without any notice to the candidate.
