ABSTRACT

This research was aim to study the impact of strategic green orientation towards organizational performance and investigate whether manufacturing capabilities serve as mediator in determined on the above relationship. Three dimension of strategic green orientations were used to investigate the impact of two difference dimensions in the organization performance while four dimensions of manufacturing capabilities were used to test on the mediator effect toward the above relationship.
