FULFILLING ALL THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE INCLUDING THE WORKING CLASS, WHO WORK DAY AND NIGHT IN THE MNCS. IT IS PHYSICALLY CREATED BY DEVELOPERS & BUILDERS AS A RESULT OF GLOBAL GROWTH. THOSE WHO LIVE IN THE BIG TOWERING COMMUNITIES ARE CONTENTED BY EVERY ASPECT OF A RESIDENTIAL COMMUNITY BUT OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMUNITY THERE IS A VAST DIFFERENCE IN SURROUNDINGS AS ALL WE CAN SEE IS WASTE LANDS, DUMP YARDS, ETC., WHICH IS THE TOTAL OPPOSITE OF INSIDE AS INSIDE IS WELL MAINTAINED SELF SUFFICIENT CAMPUS. THE INVITATIONS WHICH WERE GIVEN FOR PARTICIPATION FOR INVESTMENT, WERE NOT DELIVERED AS PROMISED. THIS RESULTED IN A TOTAL CRISIS. QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION IS VERY DISAPPOINTING. THERE IS NO PROVISION FOR WATER STPS, ELECTRICITY LINES, NO PUBLIC AMENITY CENTERS LIKE DRINKING WATER POINTS, PUBLIC TOILETS, BUS STANDS, ETC. THE PLACE IS LEFT AS AN EXAMPLE OF LUXURY IN DISGUISE. BUILDERS HAVE BUILT THE PLACES AND THE GURGAON-ITES LIVING HERE ARE FILLING THE LOOP- ENDS. IN NUTSHELL, PLANNING IN GURGAON WENT/ OR HAS GONE MUCH CHAOTIC AND WRONG. BUT STILL PEOPLE ARE COPING UP AND COMING UP TOGETHER TO FIGHT FOR THE CAUSE AND MAKING/BUILDING GURGAON THE PLACE IT WAS DESIGNED TO BE.

PEOPLE RUSH TO CATCH THEIR TRAIN AND MOSTLY THEY CROSS RAILWAY TRACKS TO CHANGE PLATFORMS IN ORDER TO SAVE TIME WHICH SOMETIMES CAUSE ACCIDENTS, BECAUSE THERE IS NO BARRAGE ON THE PLATFORMS. DURING MONSOON MUMBAI FACES A MAJOR PROBLEM OF HEAVY RAINFALL OF 2000MM APPROX. ALL MODES OF TRANSPORT ARE BLOCKED WHICH CAUSES HIGH DAMAGE TO THE RAILWAY TRACKS. THESE NEED MAINTENANCE OF CHECKING AND REPAIRING OF WIRES, POLES, RAILINGS, BALLASTS AND SLEEPER, SO AFTER MONSOON 200 WORKERS OF DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS WORK ALONG ON SINGLE TRACK PER DAY. THESE TRAINS CROSS MANY SLUM AREAS SITUATED NEXT TO THE TRACKS. MANY OF THE ACCIDENTS TOOK PLACE DUE TO POOR PLANNING OF TRACKS. NOW INTRODUCTION OF INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM CHANGED THE RATE OF ACCIDENTS. ANTI-COLLISION DEVICES (ACD) ARE INSTALLED IN THE TRAINS TO AVOID ACCIDENTS OF TRAINS IN WHICH TRAIN APPLY BRAKE AUTOMATICALLY AND STOP THE TRAIN 100M APART IF ANOTHER TRAIN IS ON THE SAME TRACK. AS MUMBAI IS THE FINANCIAL HEAD OF THE COUNTRY AND BOTH WORKSPACE AND LIVING SPACE FOR THE PEOPLE WHICH HAS TO BE RUN 24 HOURS, SO PEOPLE ALSO HAVE TO BE WORKING 24 HOURS. HERE IT IS DIFFICULT FOR A PERSON TO TAKE THEIR LUNCH AND TRAVEL, SO THERE ARE DABBAWALLAS TO GET RID OF THIS PROBLEM. IT IS GENERALLY AN ASSOCIATION THAT MAKES LUNCH PICK UP AND DROP JOB FROM FAMILIES TO WORKSPACES. NAVI MUMBAI IS MADE TO PROTECT THE OLD MUMBAI AS POPULATION HAS INCREASED TO ITS PEAK. NEW PROJECTS OF A BRIDGE CONNECTING NORTH TO SOUTH AND WEST TO EAST IN THE CITY ANOTHER CONNECTING TWO CITIES THROUGH WATER. IT IS 8 KM LONG WITH A DISTANCE OF 15M BETWEEN PIERS WITH 70 SEGMENTS FROM SPAN TO SPAN.
