I am in receipt of both Mr. Bucci's proposed order and opposing counsel's letter objecting to the graduated visitation schedule.

I find the objections raised by counsel not surprising but troubling. In her objection, Ms. Herrin cites "severe concerns and grave anxiety" on the part of the daughter. Even a cursory reading of the Mr. Bucci's report reveals that while such issues may exist, the reason for these concerns and anxieties, the root cause of them, lies squarely at the feet of the actions of the Father. In effect Ms. Herrin is asking that this mother, who has not seen her children for almost 10 months continue to be separated from her children thereby rewarding the poor

parenting and actions of the father who, solely by his actions, caused the "severe concerns and grave anxiety".
