    I would like to take this opportunity to express my gratitude towards all those who helped me, in successful completion of my project. First of all I would like to thank Mr. NAEEM QUREISHI, EDP Manager of KOKAN MERCANTILE CO-OPERATIVE BANK LTD for his kind assistance, encouragement and time-to-time monitoring of the different phases of the project. My heartiest thanks to Mr. YOGESH FUNDE, B.Sc (IT), coordinator, of Valia College. I deeply express my gratitude to all Staff Members of the Department of Information Technology, for the encouragement, which I received throughout the semester. This project is for all those students who wish to make their career in Information Technology. I believe that my sincere work will definitely serve as a guiding path for other students who are making their project on the relative topics.
