In 3rd grade students in Spanish class are learning the Seasons of the year and the weather. In September they learned how to say I went to the beach and I go to school by bus. They reviewed basic terms such as Good Morning, Good Afternoon, etc. In October they will continue to go over the seasons of the year, weather, basic terms, and colors. They reviewed vocabulary by participating in a Smartboard activity. In 2nd grade students are learning the months of the year, beginning with the months of Fall. They reviewed basic terms such as My name is, Whats your name, etc. In October they will continue to learn the months of the year and basic terms. They practiced vocabulary doing a Smartboard activity. In 1st grade students learned how to say and write hello in Spanish. They also learned how to say and write elephant, wolf, and cow. In October they will learn how to say and write my name is. They will learn the colors black, white, and orange. They learned vocabulary by playing a vocabulary game on the Smartboard. In Kindergarten students learned how to say help, my name is, Happy Birthday, and good-bye. They also learned how to pronounce wolf and cow. In October they will learn how to write hello and some animal words in Spanish, playing a game on the Smartboard.
