How to re-point the DFS shares back to Dallas File Server (FIL01DAL1P) from Andover file server (FIL01AND1P).

Description as per CR000472889 The is a CR for CSE Windows team for the DFS Share changes that need to happen as a part of the Dallas Office move for Clarion Partners. 1. Please point all the DFS shares for Dallas to Andover File Servers (FIL01AND1P and FIL02AND1P) on Wed Aug 28th at 9pm ET. Once the shares are pointed to Andover, John W or Kwabena will confirm that the folders are accessible. : 2. Please re-point the DFS shares for Dallas back to Dallas File Server (FIL01DAL1P) on Fri Aug 30th. Timing for this will be provided by CP team. This will be during the Day time (ET).

In this case CSE windows needs to switch back the DFS shares from Andover file server to Dallas file server. 1: Login into server (FIL01AND1P) 2: Open dfsmgmt.msc to open the DFS console.
