Description
Have you been itching for a way to express some of that built up creativity but not sure where to look? Look no further than Painting with a Twist! Its time to be inspired! Youll follow along and our artists will guide you through step-by-step instructions on how to paint your one of a kind masterpiece! If you love to sing and perform, this is the cluster for you! Students will learn to use their voices properly and make beautiful sounds as a group. We will be preparing holiday music to perform at the Gateway Village Tree Lighting on Wednesday, Dec. 11th in the evening. Help represent Irwin in the community by joining the Irwin Chorus!

Dancing with the Owls

Get ready for music and moving! We will learn different types of dance, cheer, step, and other body movements. We will also come together and work as a team. This cluster will be very active and loads of fun! Got Minecraft on the mind!? Join our cluster and get to interact with other players! You can use threedimensional blocks to build your own unique world. Create, construct, and connect with others who share a love for the game! *Please note this is a BYOT Cluster and students are encouraged to bring their own mobile devices. If loving Legos is your thing, then the Lego League should lure you in! Learn about the history of Legos and how they have become so popular. Imaginations will run wild as we create a Lego structure centered around a chosen theme. Our Lego leagues final products will leave you leaping for joy! Are you an athletic Owl who loves to play games? Teamwork will be emphasized through sports, such as ultimate Frisbee, basketball, and kickball. Be prepared to move, play, and work with others! We will create various arts and crafts products using different mediums, including bracelets & keychains, tie-dying shirts, and making keepsake treasure boxes. Join in on the fun as we create 3-D Lego products. We want others to catch the insanity too so well even include how to writing pieces with our crazy creations. Lets get nutty, Lego Lunatics! Are you itching to write? Do you enjoy having others read your work!? Come experience the 4Cs and more! Creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration will collide as we publish and share our creative works with a worldwide audience! Comparing, contrasting, and analyzing films of various educational topics will turn kindergartners and first graders into active participants while observing videos in the classroom. Discussion topics will include themes found in informational and entertaining movies sure to reach a wide range of interests. Students will record responses in their Movie Critic Journals which will be on display at the Enrichment Expo. Pass the popcorn, please!!! Do you have fancy feet!? Are your moves unmistakable?! Join our cluster and dance your way into your own music video! You will be a part of a dynamic dance routine and will learn about dance and music from around the world. Get your dancing shoes ready!
