understanding that our staff is devoted to every single student in our campus. Ancora Imparo ES provides workshops on monthly basis in every classroom to the families of our students after school to support the academic progress of every student. During these workshops parents: 1. Are informed and supported by teachers with learning strategies that support the academic education of their respective children.

2. Are signed up for volunteering events in our campus in the Parent Center. 3. Are given information about upcoming events in the community to continue the ongoing involvement in the city. Our school has 2 computer laboratories with different programs from language, music, mathematics, writing, to continue the support and ongoing development in technology. It is our goal to use Blended Learning as a tool to enhance and develop lateral thinkers for the 21st century era and beyond. Every classroom has a well educated, prepared and caring teacher to instruct every student and differentiate their instruction to meet the academic needs of each student. Along with the teacher, theres a full time paraprofessional to support the learning in small group instruction. Our paraprofessionals are highly motivated future teachers. In fact, this is the main prerequisite for their hiring at Ancora Imparo ES. Services like Special Education, RSP, Speech, Nurse and Psychologist are integrated in our school governance. It is extremely important for our school that our students receive the services they need to shine and become their BEST. At Ancora Imparo ES is essential to educate our children in all areas without prejudice. For this reason, we emphasize the development in the arts as a

mechanism or instrument to sensitize every student. It is our understanding based on research and data that when students are given aesthetic experiences, their brains are working at its peak, giving the individual a sense or feeling of being truly alive. To conclude, Ancora Imparo ES is devoted to create a coherent vision of what it means to be truly educated. Our vision is to provide a foundation for building a balanced, comprehensive, and sequential curriculum for every student. We truly believe that if Ancora Imparo ES is to hold a position of leadership in the state, to compete effectively, and to provide its citizens the quality of life they desire and deserve, the Californian schools must do better in the future than they have in the past. Under this unique philosophy, Ancora Imparo ES opens its doors every single day to the public, to their staff, to its community, and most importantly, to its well deserving students.
