Dear Mr. Chairman:

I am requesting funding for an integrated electronic client management system in
fiscal year 2010. The entity to receive funding for this project is the Phoenix
House NYC, located at 164 W 74th St, New York, NY. The funding would be
used to acquire, install, and train staff in the use of a clinical management system
that enables us to: thoroughly assess a client's needs, customize treatment, update
clinical records, electronically share data within the Phoenix House treatment
network and with governmental and community partners, and help program
graduates remain in recovery by providing electronic access to Phoenix House
support services. I certify that neither I nor my spouse has any financial interest in
this project.
