Midsem Examination Q1.A line AB lies above HP and in front of VP. The front view makes an angle 30 deg with XY. The vertical trace and horizontal trace lies below the XY at 30 and 40 mm respectively. The point A is 10 mm above HP and point B is 105 mm in front of VP. a. for this line AB draw the plan and elevation .also indicate traces. b. find and indicate the true length of AB in the drawing c .find and indicate the true angle of inclination with HP and VP in the drawing.

Q2. Draw the projections of a regular pentagon of 30 mm side having one of its sides in the HP and inclined at 60 deg to the VP and its surface making an angle 45 deg with the HP. Q3. The projections through the HT and VT of a line AB are 100 mm apart, while those through its ends are 65 mm apart. The end A of the line is 15 mm above the HP. The HT is 40 mm in front of the VP, and the VT is 75 mm above the HT. a. Draw plan and elevation of the line. Also mark its traces. b. Find the true length of AB. Indicate the same in the drawing. c. Find and indicate the true angle of inclination with the HP and the VP.

Q4. Draw the projections of a regular hexagon of 25 mm side having one of its side in the HP and inclined at 45 deg to the VP and its surface making angle of 30 deg with the HP.
