This picture was taken inside the custard factory. This picture turned out to be very dark form the bottom part of the picture it looked good but the top half was to dark to make out some of the details. the stutter speed for this picture was 1/250 and the aperture f5.6. Becuse of the shutter speed and aperture this picture tuned out to be very dark the water looks good but the top half is very dark so using photo shop layers I made the top half brighter and bottom half a little dark . This picture follows the rule of odd and even. There are three small benches in the middle of the picture. The rule of thirds has been used in this photo. One horizontal line crosses over the line of the water.

Picture 2
This picture is also a part of the custard factory. The shutter speed of this picture was 1/25 and the aperture f5. This picture is just a little dull but after using photo shop and making it a little brighter it looks good. The rule of three is a rule that is applicable here because one horizontal line crosses over the top of the pot. This picture covers the rule of space. There is a lot of space in

the picture. this picture is very balanced because the main focus point of the picture is the tree in the middle and it balances the picture very nicely.

Picture 3
This picture was taken at millennium point. The shutter speed for this picture had to be at least 1/600 and aperture f7. This picture needed a lot of work on photo shop. The picture was too bright from the bottom part of the picture but the top area where the grass is its to dark to

see the grass properly. Using photo shop layers I tried to make the ground darker and the grass area lighter. Because of this the detail on the ground is more visible and gives the photo a better look. The rule of thirds is applicable in this picture the top horizontal line touches the step. The main focus of the picture is the water and it keeps the picture balanced.

To capture the water like this picture has the shutter speed has to be at least 1/500. The aperture was all wrong because the picture is very bright. If the picture would have been a little darker it would have looked better because all the detail is on the floor the little imperfections on the tiles and the little bits of reflection from the trees would be more visible. After using Photoshop and enhancing the photo you can see a lot more detail on the area around the water. This picture covers many rules of composition. The first rule is the rule of three. Both of the horizontal lines, line up with the middle water fountain and the wet yellow strip. The second rule that this picture covers is, the rule of odd and even. With only two fountains the picture would have looked a little odd but with three fountains it looks just right. The last rules that this picture covers is, the rule of space. There is lots of space in this picture. If you look at the picture before it was edited you cant really see which part of the floor is wet and which is not wet but after it was edited it is very clear to see where it is wet and After Editing where its not.

Another picture from Millennium point. The shutter speed of this picture is 1/25 and the aperture is f5. This picture needed to be just a little brighter but after photo shop I made it too bright and lost some of the detail in the sky area of the picture and after much thought I think the picture would have looked better if it would

have been darker the design on the metal pillars would have a better look. The metal pillars represent power and strength. Because there are four pillars the picture looks quite odd and unnatural if it had only three the picture would have looked a lot better. This picture is quite asymmetrical.

This picture was taken from the inside of the custard factory the shutter speed was 1/25 and the aperture was f5.6. This picture is mostly the building only. The right side of the picture was where I hade problems because it was to bright I couldnt see the details so using photo shop I made that side of the picture darker so the

details were more visible still even after using photo shop the top right hand side of the picture has lost some of its detail you cant see the little bits of the railings. There is no space on this picture at all it looks very crowded. You can see the pattern on the building is repeating. The picture has a line of symmetry.
