TELECOM SHELTER MADE IN AFRICA

Helped by our strong collaboration with several South-African companies, our portfolio is now completed with a simply-designed shelter, for SubSaharan & North-African countries. This Shelter is easily mounted, and appropriate for climate conditions in Africa.

Main technical features. Our shelter is made of a steel framework (core-grid) and sandwich boards of 80 mm thickness, put on a stainless steel frame. The whole system doesnt need an important maintenance, and combines to form a solid display. Product life time : 20 years, in normal conditions of use. The floor is designed to support a load of 2000 kilos/m. Panel 2 "CHROMADEK" metallic panels (5 mm thickness) with a fireproof layer of a 75 mm high Styrofoam, with a density > to 20 kilos/m. Thermal Resistance > 0.40W/m.

Door

The design of the door is made with great care, especially the closing system, which often faces severe climate conditions. The door waterproofness is secured with rubber bands (cold storage type system).The frame and the hinges are in 304 stainless steel.

Camouflaged Shelter
Painting : Possibility to customize your shelter. UV resistant. Color on request.

Design : Sticking plastic and UV resistant design, with a green atmosphere or other settings of your choice. Possibility to design yourself your shelter by providing us with a picture.

Installation : Shelter delivered in kit, with mounting instructions and accessories. Mounting : 2 days, including the indoor equipment. Option on request : Training on the assembly process with highly skilled staff Standard dimensions : 2.4 m x 2.4 m AH 2.4. (available height). Other dimensions possible with 2.4 m width fitting with truck sizes Production time : 2 to 3 weeks Transport : in average 7 Shelters per container 40
