BSU has the ability to attract more students to their university and retain more of the ones they already have. This can be accomplished by limiting the privileges solicitors have on campus.
Nine out of ten students would prefer to have the campus solicitor free. They are:

Designated Spots
A-Center of quad: This might make solicitors the center of attention, but it gets them well off the sidewalks. B-Good open area; partially blocked from view by trees. Might be distracting to students in the mathematics building. C-Out of the way, not too close to any buildings D-Well out of the way, might get complaints about lack of exposure from solicitors The congestion area is right where the sidewalk meets the three paths in front of the business building. This is where the solicitors usually go. Green checkmark indicates the spot approved organizations hand out fliers. It has more pavement which is used for tables and billboards. Added pavement helps keep the sidewalk clear.
