CD45 (FL2 - log scale) versus
Side Scatter (SSC – Linear scale).
This view gates the CD45+
population(R1).
CD4 (FL1 – log scale) versus CD3
(FL3 – log scale). This view plots the
events of R1 (CD45+) to obtain the
CD3+CD4+ population and CD3+
population.
FL1 versus FL2. This view helps
to gate the fluorescent reference
beads (R2).
